Our Programs

Serviceberry Farm offers a variety of programs designed to engage the community and provide recreational, vocational, and therapeutic opportunities for people with disabilities. Our programs are tailored to create an inclusive and supportive environment where individuals can learn, grow, and thrive.

Recreational Program: Our recreational program focuses on creating enjoyable and meaningful experiences for individuals with disabilities through activities such as gardening, nature walks, and arts and crafts. Participants have the opportunity to connect with nature and explore their creativity in a supportive setting.

Vocational Program: The vocational program at Serviceberry Farm aims to provide valuable skill-building opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Participants engage in various aspects of farm work, including planting, harvesting, and tending to crops, fostering a sense of accomplishment and independence. Our flagship VAFARMS program serves veterans with disabilities in 3 and 6 month programs starting March of each year.

Therapeutic Program: Our therapeutic program offers a nurturing environment where individuals with disabilities can experience the restorative benefits of engaging with nature and animals. Through activities such as social groups, art clubs, nature walks, planting and nurturing plants, harvesting flowers, and meditative sitspots participants can enhance their overall well-being and quality of life.
